I provide specialized therapy for individuals and couples dealing with various life challenges, including childfree living, infertility, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth experiences, and postpartum adjustments. I have extensive training in perinatal mental health concerns, CBT, infertility and EMDR,
You can easily schedule a session by reaching out by email or by phone. I will be in touch shortly to discuss needs and scheduling.
Your first session will focus on understanding your unique situation. We’ll discuss your goals, worries, and anything else that’s important to you, all within a supportive environment. This session I will also spend some time gathering basic background information to get a full picture of who you are
Yes, your privacy is our priority. All sessions are confidential and we adhere to strict ethical guidelines to protect your information. We will review any exceptions to confidentiality in our first session.
Typical sessions last from between 45-55 minutes however you have the hour to use how you wish.
For those who are new parents infants are more than welcome to join sessions either in person or virtual. Typically individual sessions should remain individual sessions but we may discuss a partner, friend or family member joining if appropriate to help them support you.
I am currently credentialed with and accepting Aetna, cigna, BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, United Health Care, Health Plans. If yours isn’t listed please reach out as some provide mental health services through a different provider than other medical services. I also offer private pay sessions and can provide a superbill for those I am out of network with.
Therapy can help you gain insight into your feelings, improve coping strategies, and achieve emotional balance. It’s a step toward healing and personal growth.
