You can fill out the contact form on this page, call (508) 978-3081, or email ashley@ashleyluongolmhc.com. I’ll be in touch to find a time that works for you.
Your first session focuses on understanding your situation. We’ll talk about your goals, your worries, and anything else that feels important to you, and I’ll gather some background information so I have a fuller picture of who you are.
Session length can vary depending on the type of session and what you need.
I’m currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and Point32. If your plan isn’t listed, please reach out. Private pay sessions are also available, and I can provide a superbill if I’m out of network with your insurance.
